Role Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Senior B2C Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of our consumer-facing products. In this role, you’ll drive product vision, roadmap, and execution to deliver exceptional value to our B2C customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product strategy for Lob’s B2C offerings
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify customer needs and pain points
• Define product requirements and prioritize features based on business impact and user value
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring products to market
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to inform iterative improvements
• Present product plans and progress to executive leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of product management experience, with a focus on B2C products
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (MBA is a plus)
