The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Product Manager to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our consumer-facing FinTech products. In this role, you’ll be responsible for understanding the needs of our users, identifying market opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions that drive growth, engagement, and user satisfaction. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, marketing, data science, compliance, and other stakeholders to bring new features and products to life from concept to launch and beyond.
What You’ll Do
- Product Strategy & Vision:Â Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for your assigned consumer FinTech products, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
- Market & User Research:Â Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and user research (interviews, surveys, usability testing) to identify unmet needs, pain points, and opportunities for innovation.
- Roadmap Development:Â Own and prioritize the product roadmap, balancing short-term tactical needs with long-term strategic objectives.
- Requirements & Specifications:Â Translate user needs and business requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:Â Partner closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, sales, compliance, and legal teams throughout the product lifecycle to ensure successful development and launch of features and products.
- Launch & GTM:Â Collaborate with marketing and sales to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging.
- Performance Monitoring & Optimization:Â Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze product performance, and iterate on features based on data and user feedback.
- Regulatory & Compliance:Â Work closely with compliance and legal teams to ensure all products adhere to relevant financial regulations (e.g., FDIC, SEC, CFPB, state lending laws, etc.).
- Stakeholder Communication:Â Effectively communicate product plans, progress, and results to internal and external stakeholders.
- Innovation & Trend Spotting:Â Stay abreast of FinTech industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to identify new product opportunities.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years of product management experience, with a significant portion dedicated to consumer-facing products within the FinTech industry.
- Deep understanding of consumer financial services, including but not limited to: banking, payments, lending, investing, budgeting, or personal finance management.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer products from ideation to post-launch optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define metrics, analyze data, and derive actionable insights to inform product decisions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- User-centric mindset with a passion for solving real problems for real people.
- Technical aptitude and ability to understand complex technical concepts and engage with engineering teams effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant Master’s degree a plus.

- Experience with blockchain/crypto, AI in finance, or open banking APIs.
