Context
Maintaining a detailed time sheet is always a dreaded task for IT professionals. But the business needs it for multiple purposes. So how do we create a system that a business gets value from, but the users do not see it as a threat, pain or hassle to use it
Objective
Creating the world’s easiest time management system for IT professionals.
I conducted a small survey and, performed contextual interviews with some IT professionals, and gathered their pain points in filling the timesheet. Later i did market research to see what features other products are offering in the same segment. Post my analysis I came up with my own product called impAct- Important Act (filling timesheet is an important act for individual and company ).
