Managing digital tickets has become a challenging task for season ticket holders, especially during the pandemic. Many tickets in their digital wallets have made it difficult for them to handle, with some managing up to 164 tickets per season. This has resulted in difficulties for client ticket offices in supporting these fans.
To provide a more seamless experience for season ticket holders, the objective was to find a solution outside the live events industry. Taking inspiration from Starbucks’ digital wallet experience, we introduced the ALL-IN-1 Pass. This pass consolidated all season’s tickets into a single, adaptive digital pass per seat, intelligently transitioning for every event the patron had within the season. This eliminated the need to add separate tickets for each event.
The introduction of the ALL-IN-1 Pass resulted in increased satisfaction levels among clients and patrons regarding digital tickets. This change relieved season ticket holders from managing an additional 160 tickets. When scaled to NCAA football, it has the potential to decrease ticket management by a staggering 19.5 million tickets.
