Strengths:
Good job providing an overview of MOOC players, comparing them on some key areas of stakeholder value, and offering a set of key recommendations. I particularly appreciated the slides that showed different sub-segments of stakeholders (learners, teachers, institutions and businesses), and attempted to quantify and contrast their respective needs. Overall the analysis and recommendations were insightful and pragmatic.
Improvement Areas:
Data sources were notably absent in this analysis. Particularly for stakeholder slides, it is important to communicate the basis for the needs analysis, i.e. how did the author identify those specific product offering feature/value areas as being most important, and how did the author determine their relative importance to the different stakeholder subsegments?
Actionable Next Steps:
- List your data sources and describe your research methodologies clearly
- If you used qualitative inquiry, augment your quantitative-centric analysis with some qualitative data points, for example stakeholder quotes, anecdotes or profiles
- Do another pass to fix the spelling and grammar errors
