My super-power is ‘Empathy’; Empathy towards Consumers, Empathy towards Engineering team and Empathy towards other team members. This helps me in not only understanding the pain-points & issues they are facing but also helps develop trust which leads to better relationship, better support & better productivity and a better product.

The ability to speak different languages with various teams and roles, and be able to influence these teams to agree with/get excited about building business value for customers and the organization is a superpower many PMs have. While this could be seen as influence/leadership, it is different because there is no formal authority that PMs have, and yet have to master data analysis, user research, design thinking and technology trends to help guide teams towards customer and business goals.
