• cost/too many options available to choose from.

• Some users have physical limitation where they cannot clearly follow which area needs proper brushing inside their mouth.

Proposed solution:

1. Customize the toothbrush: Offer users to complete a quiestainnaire to understand their issues faced by users with their existing toothbrush, whether they have any gums related problem, type of food they eat, preferred softness/firm ness of the toothbrush.

3. Offer extra soft, soft, medium and firm toothbrush varieties.

3. Another north start feature is to offer smart toothbrush that can sense the way the user is brushing their teeth and guide them via a mobile App towards the areas that are missed or need more focus.
