There are two main problems:

1. People can’t find healthy food choices.

2. There aren’t enough healthy options to pick from.

The first solution to the problem’s scope.

The majority of users on the food delivery app are Gen Z who tend to order junk food due to their minimal health concerns. The app features prominently promote these items.

Following a comprehensive examination of the application, it has come to my attention that users may encounter difficulty in locating healthy alternatives. Consequently, I initiated communication with the development team and suggested the implementation of a filter functionality to facilitate the search for nutritious options. I firmly believe that this feature will significantly improve the user experience and ultimately enhance overall satisfaction with the application.

Second Solution of the problem’s scope

I will commence correspondence with the sales and marketing department in order to ascertain which dining establishments provide nutritious and wholesome selections. These establishments will subsequently be highlighted on the homepage.
