Context
Group 3 at Product School created Sleepover Club, a loyalty program. I lead the team and was responsible for pushing us to the finish line (of course, along with their enthusiasm for the project).

Skills include: PRD, storytelling, product management, product launches, go-to-market strategy, roadmapping, proof of concept,SWOT.

Objective
To research, identify, and create a product pitch to pitch your peers on how to solve a big problem for a hotel competitor.

Solution Summary

The Sleepover Club by Stay-N-Sleep has been carefully designed to enhance customer engagement, foster loyalty, and drive revenue growth. It offers a range of exclusive rewards, personalized experiences, and special privileges to our valued customers. By participating in the program, customers can accumulate loyalty points through their interactions and transactions with our company.

Key findings

We believe that we can increase the rate of retention by 15% with a loyalty program that offers 2x booking for loyalty members and tiered membership with exclusive perks
