Senior Product Manager

At Walgreens, I owned a roadmap focused on Customer Engagement and Community Giving, executed via our loyalty program, mobile app, website and in-store experiences.

We launched one of the most ambitious product launches of my career – myWalgreens: which included a revamp of the Walgreens mobile apps (iOS and Android), website and in-store customer experiences, putting personalization and convenience at the center. And we did it while 100% remote!

Of the suite of myWalgreens products we launched, I’m most proud of the donation app, which allowed Walgreens customers to donate their myWalgreens Cash rewards to charity.

Product Manager, Marketing Technology

My team developed and deployed the marketing technology stack used by our global and US marketing teams to drive business to over 37,000 restaurants around the globe. The core product was sold to market franchisees (B2B) as a SaaS, built on Adobe Campaign and Mulesoft, delivering over 30 million email, mobile push notifications and offers to over 300 million McDonald’s customers around the world.

• Delivered nearly 500 enhancements and defect fixes to core global stack via monthly incremental releases
• Owned product roadmap and backlog for global marketing automation and CRM capabilities
• Led a team of business analysts and developers designing integrated solutions across McDonald’s global digital stack
• Prioritized and organized work keeping desirability and viability top of mind, balancing business needs against technical dependencies and considerations
• Drove sprint planning, demos and stand ups with developers, testers, scrum masters and BAs

Tokens & Tankards was a nostalgic, digitally-integrated entertainment concept that I conceived and launched in Chicago’s NW suburbs.

• Created revenue model, launch strategy and pricing, based on competitive research and customer development
• Integrated our POS system (Digital Dining) with merchant processor (Upserve) to create a Mailchimp audience that identified our highest value customers and created custom rewards for them

Senior Project Manager

At Razorfish, I planned and facilitated the design, production and implementation of digital marketing campaigns across the full range of digital channels, including websites, paid media, social content, email and mobile apps. Teams were comprised of a blend of creative, technical and analytical staff members, dedicated to creating innovative digital campaigns that integrated into our client’s marketing strategies.

Producer / Senior Producer

Working as part of the production team at Robomodo, I was both product owner and scrum master for Tony Hawk: RIDE and Tony Hawk: Shred, the first fully-integrated, peripheral-driven skateboarding and snowboarding games. We developed from scratch a game engine, hardware device (the Freeboard), and two games based on this platform, in less than three years.

• Led transformation of development process from waterfall to Agile, across a team of 70 engineers, artists, designers and QA staff
