Performed customer research and created useful content around emotional intelligence and personal development for Millenials and Gen-Z and designed info graphics for social media platform using Canva, which led to an overall increase in engagements by 30%.
Managed all enquiries and questions from audience, analysed documented social media
marketing analytics and developed weekly reports of progress made.
Supported a team to manage communications to young influencers, to host live sessions for our
community which improved the overall branding and engagements of the Lumination Tribe.
Supported to secure a partnership with Hebron Startup Lab at Covenant University, which
resulted in collaboration with them for their Micro Venture Acceleration Programme, supported by the British Council. Assisted the marketing lead to advertise the event, to make the event a huge success for founders and small-business owners. This improved the overall branding of Startup Plug and increased website traffic significantly.

Developed newsletters using Mailchimp and curated useful resources (tools, funding opportunities and current news) for start-up founders across Nigeria and Africa.

The Department of Petroleum Resources is a statutory agency under the Federal Ministry of Petroleum Resources, responsible for regulatory compliance and commercial operational activities in the Nigerian petroleum industry.
I interned as a client data management intern, and worked with a team of 8 to maintain a client database of transactions and operations-related documents. I also liaised with internal teams to maintain data accuracy across client accounts. This improved my data entry abilities, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
I worked with the leading student-led journalism team (BU-Gist) at Babcock University to launch a new product: Teni Talks*.
Collaborating with a team of creative writers, graphic designers, content developers, user experience specialists and SEO experts, we developed “Teni Talks”: a weekly segment for students to air their views and seek advice from the school community about pressing matters of concern for young people.
We reached an audience of 3,000 in the first 3 months, across our platforms, and got to actively engage with the student community in a new and dynamic way.
*Revelation: I was “Teni”, and was directly responsible for responding to students, and managing the student community feedback received, to ensure data anonymisation and prevent hateful speech.
Till date, it is my favorite student project that I got to work on, because although I was anonymous, I got to connect with students in a new, authentic way.
Hope FM 98.1 is the leading student-led radio station in Ogun state, Nigeria. I was an associate user experience researcher, responsible for gathering audience feedback on the radio shows, and analysing data on the performance of each show, to improve user experience and content quality. I also edited radio shows and podcasts with the use of Adobe Audition.
