Developing and managing Key Accounts (global companies), presenting the best solutions, building relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying new opportunities that support Involves’ healthy and scalable growth. Activities that are part of this function:
– Conducting meetings, phone calls, and travels to acquire new costumers
– Revenue team leadership (Implementation and Customer Success)

– Relationship development with key personas, enhancing network and transforming them into business partners

– Monitoring indicators such as NMRR, MRR, and ARPA
– Sales funnel management (CRM)

– Monitoring and managing sales funnel (CRM) using metrics as MQL, SQL, and SAL
Management of the international chain of suppliers and stakeholders, ensuring the supply of national industries through the import process.
