I am responsible to drive digital transformation initiatives across a portfolio of high tech clients. My responsibilities require me to intimately understand the business strategy and needs, existing infrastructure of processes and systems, priorities and budgets.
• At a leading $2B system design software vendor, I analyzed their enterprise order management processes in detail and leveraged various digital tools like RPA, dynamic workflow engine, machine learning etc. to identify and implement automation projects driving 3X ROI by Y-2.
• At a market leading storage equipment manufacturer, I leveraged design thinking to redefine the business view of issues in the renewals operations group. This led to the identification of 19 key “ideas” which the management accepted to pursue. Among these were also a portfolio of prioritized digital projects powered by machine learning to disproportionately increase revenue through optimized cross-sell/upsell as well as to reduce annual leakage/write-offs of “unquoted” products.
