I am an avid learner and explorer. I have tried my hands in many industries ranging from software companies to advertising, digital marketing, hospitality, waste management, retail, and e-commerce as well as entertainment venues. I have been a founder of many of these ventures and am still a director of a few of these businesses. Currently, my focus is on helping startups and Tech Companies to streamline their organizational processes to help them achieve their vision. I have recently completed my CSPO and CSM certification and am implementing agile practices in the companies where I am engaged in management consulting roles.

I like to read when I have time and try to bring what I learn through the books to my work. I am quite interested in learning product management and am currently doing a few courses to skill up my understanding of product management practices.

I believe my experience across diverse sectors is an additional advantage to anyone looking to gain a unique perspective with a fresh approach to any kind of problem. My philosophy is to learn by doing, validating one’s hypothesis by testing and continuous feedback from the end-user is the best way to improve any product/solution to achieve the desired goal.

I made all executive decisions concerning the technological interests of the group of companies. I was responsible for outlining the company’s technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources were aligned with the company’s business needs. I advised on, plan, design, and install information technology systems for the group and its subsidiaries.

Owned and managed a 14 room hotel mostly suitable for corporate travelers. Pokhara is famous for its hospitality and I tried out hands at the hospitality trade by starting a small hotel business. Had to leave due to a liquidity crisis. It was an amazing learning experience.

Executive Chairman

As a Executive Chairman of Nucleus I have the following Responsibilities:

1.Working with the Team to develop the strategy for the Company’s future growth.
2. Working with the Team to identify opportunities for value-enhancing strategic initiatives including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategically important relationships, as well as the disposition from time to time of non-core assets, and communicating regularly with the Team regarding the pursuit of such strategic initiatives.
3. Developing and maintaining the Company’s relationships with future strategic partners whose capital, influence and knowledge could add significantly to the Company’s value and its share price.
4. Working with members various partner Teams to expand and deepen Nucleus’s relationships with chief executives of other partner companies, and other senior officials and stakeholders in organizations of critical importance to Nucleus.
5. Working with the Team on critical issues related to Government relationships and strategic alliances.
6.Ensuring that Teams functions are effectively carried out and, where functions have been delegated to Team Committees, that the results are reported to the Team.
7. Ensuring that the interests of various stakeholders are considered by the Team.
8. Taking all reasonable steps to ensure that Team decisions are implemented.


We collect solid (municipal only) waste from ward no. 11,12,13 and 6 of the Pokhara Metropolitan City and dispose of it in the municipality’s landfill site. I was responsible for running the company on a day-to-day basis as well as to set up long-term strategy and goals.
