Executive Chairman

As a Executive Chairman of Nucleus I have the following Responsibilities:

1.Working with the Team to develop the strategy for the Company’s future growth.
2. Working with the Team to identify opportunities for value-enhancing strategic initiatives including partnerships, joint ventures, and strategically important relationships, as well as the disposition from time to time of non-core assets, and communicating regularly with the Team regarding the pursuit of such strategic initiatives.

4. Working with members various partner Teams to expand and deepen Nucleus’s relationships with chief executives of other partner companies, and other senior officials and stakeholders in organizations of critical importance to Nucleus.
5. Working with the Team on critical issues related to Government relationships and strategic alliances.
6.Ensuring that Teams functions are effectively carried out and, where functions have been delegated to Team Committees, that the results are reported to the Team.
7. Ensuring that the interests of various stakeholders are considered by the Team.
8. Taking all reasonable steps to ensure that Team decisions are implemented.

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO)

•Articulate the company’s mission in a clear and concise way that can speak to customers and employees at all levels. •Collaborate with senior management to devise effective short and long term plans. •Create actionable goals that make it possible to turn that mission into tangible results. •Assess the company’s many different projects from the products down to the daily administrative activities to make sure they align with the company’s goals. •Analyze the success of products, projects, and activities •Manage the economic and financial viability of the company by using management strategies, financial accounting, human resource planning, customer relations, and implementation of new technologies. •Communicate the company’s official stance on its mission to external sources and internally to all personnel. •Discover ways to increase revenue by eliminating wasteful practices and expediting product delivery. •Lead and supports management in the ?application and implementation of new policies and procedures. •Represent the company in official functions. •Develop new business opportunities by leveraging contacts, pursuing new product development, and improving project efficiency. •Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, policies, and regulations.

Information Technology Management Consultant

I made all executive decisions concerning the technological interests of the group of companies. I was responsible for outlining the company’s technological vision, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the technological resources were aligned with the company’s business needs. I advised on, plan, design, and install information technology systems for the group and its subsidiaries.

I was responsible for overseeing the construction and launch of the Rooftop Restaurant along with the sporting venue for Futsal, Lawn Tennis, and other entertainment activities.

CEO

We collect solid (municipal only) waste from ward no. 11,12,13 and 6 of the Pokhara Metropolitan City and dispose of it in the municipality’s landfill site. I was responsible for running the company on a day-to-day basis as well as to set up long-term strategy and goals.

Chairman

Owned and managed a 14 room hotel mostly suitable for corporate travelers. Pokhara is famous for its hospitality and I tried out hands at the hospitality trade by starting a small hotel business. Had to leave due to a liquidity crisis. It was an amazing learning experience.
