• Managing the Prepaid and Virtual card business portfolio
• Coordinating Co-branded business partnership with FinTechs and other corporates
• Driving Prepaid and Virtual Card Usage strategies deployed by the unit. That is, incentives, promotions etc.
• Monitoring Revenue target and Actual revenue earned on Prepaid and Virtual Card Products
• Contactless Card Implementation: Led the deployment of Contactless solution for the Bank.
• Card- Control Integration: spearheaded integration of card-control and other payment control solution on the Bank’s Virtual Banking platforms (USSD, Mobile and Online Banking)
• Managing the business relationship with cards switching and processing companies to enable efficient implementation of projects
• Providing training and Awareness for Customer Service Executives and Relationship Manager on the Bank’s Card Business Product
• Driving payment products for deployment through collaboration with the sales team
• Conducting internal training for Staff via periodic educational initiatives to ensure they are abreast of the latest information on the Bank’s payment products.
• Liaising with the Switching Companies and third-party vendors on Product Initiation, Exchange of APIs, and management of existing products
• Performing financial analysis and developing models on equities under coverage.
• Developing customized client reports for presentations and proposed investment opportunities.
• Daily briefing of team members on financial markets to guide investment decision.
