• Joined as the First member of Digital Marketing Practice team and have been through all the phases of Team building including various operation level activities like preparing Investment details, Budget plans, Asset creation and other team building related Initiatives.
• Involved in building two frameworks named SEO Audit Framework and Campaign Management Tool Assessment Framework for Sales Enablement.
• Involved in conducting market research to provide fact-based value propositions to the Bid Management team and Presales team, to help them with RFI, RFP’s, Proposal meetings and Client visits.
• Underwent several courses and acquired various Internal & External Certifications on a wide range of Marketing Automation and Social Media Management tools and have gained proficient experience in using tools like Adobe Campaign, IBM Unica, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Social.
