Working as a start-up within a corporate environment, the products and integration touchpoints I’ve built have increased Stepstone Brands’ value proposition globally by incorporating Good&Co psychometric technology in the employer and candidate environments, providing low-cost user acquisition, lead generation, competitive advantage, and increased application metrics for UK, Germany, and United States. As part of the Good&Co leadership team, I provide stakeholder management between Good&Co and 20+ global Stepstone brands. Currently manage a team of 10 developers, analysts, designers and product managers across two countries, creating APIs and Node.js/React.js features to quickly deliver value, iterating constantly to ensure maximum conversion and adoption.
Created and led the initial integration projects in brands across the UK and Germany, as well initial integrations with third-party ATS products, providing continuing registrations and candidates to build and enhance the 3 million+ Good&Co user database.

Successfully accomplished $171M+ in annual revenue by delivering sales objectives and strategy focused on customer retention, revenue creation, and product performance of the major product suite across 700+ print products.
? Created and implemented Leader Ad with Trailer products, including product creation, operational strategy, sales training, and KPIs.
? Triggered significant cost savings of $20M by providing training and development for multiple teams as well as a cost savings of $5M by creating standard book look encompassing a 22-state region.
