As a Product Manager, I’m currently leading Honda RoadSync, which is a companion app developed by Drivemode for Honda’s vehicles, through all phases of its life cycle.
Some key responsibilities include but not limited to – feature discovery, product strategy, building roadmap, analyzing metrics, prioritization, collaboration between all teams, resolving blockers, leading alpha and beta tests, analyzing test results to make product decisions and customer support.
I’m also a PMP certified Program Manager, skilled in all domains of project management. My strengths include the ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously, spanning global cross-functional teams including 100+ stakeholders.
To improve our products and processes, I play a key role in identifying the problems, designing solutions and am capable of driving new initiatives from scratch into fully fledged frameworks.

Honda RoadSync is the companion app for selected Honda vehicles, currently available in 22 countries.
– Leading all phases of product life cycle for Honda RoadSync including, discovery, definition, design, development, delivery and customer support.
– Leading the collaboration of Drivemode x Honda stakeholders for Honda RoadSync
– Managed multiple high priority programs spanning cross-functional 15+ global teams (EU, US, Japan, India) including 100+ stakeholders
– Led user backlog/product management process by actively gathering feedback and improving the Net Promoter Score for our products
– Led 3 OKRs for Cloud Platform Department
– Contributed towards end-to-end execution and launch of a new version of R-pay app with new critical functionalities like Rakuten Edy and R-Cash remittance, leading to a higher cross eco-system usage.
– Designed solutions to address user pain points and for improving R-Pay, by analyzing 1000+ VOCs (Voice of customers) and conducting user interviews.
Developed features for a credit card web application with over 12 million users, using Java & SQL.
