Co-leading callas software’ efforts to develop and market PDF technology for publishing, print production, document exchange and document archiving industries. My responsibilities include:
– Evaluating the market and potential customers/users and working closely with not just our customers but also prospects to understand their pain points, and contributing to the restructuring of the product roadmap
– Ensuring the product management process end-to-end: from the idea to the go-to-market and subsequent success management.
– Responsible for simplifying complex product marketing information and communicating to the CEO
– Managing interface and communication among all key stakeholders and internal/external collaboration partners
