? reporting to CTO
? gain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, and generate new ideas that grow and improve the product and user value.
? create buy-in for the product vision, both internally and with key external partners.
? scope and prioritise activities based on business and customer impact
? work closely with engineering, growth, marketing, and other teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
? represent the company by interacting and maintaining a positive relationship with customers, soliciting feedback, ideas and product requests
? perform and use market research to get ideas for products and functionality that customers will want
? provide product management with analyses and reports, and respond to questions and requests from management and other stakeholders and product owners
? conduct and ensure alignment with other product management, defining priorities across products for other teams, synchronisation and alignment
? be transparent about your prioritisation and road mapping process, ensuring that everything is clear and factual, with evidence-based decisions-making in your communication
? define project/product’s schedule and scope while balancing with timely and regular value deliveries and scheduled timelines
? support the product owners in managing communications with stakeholders, managing customer’s expectations for deliverables, and implementing an effective project governance system
? manage several concurrent high visibility projects and products, taking on potentially new products and MVPs
? conduct stakeholder meetings and specification gathering, define OKRs, goals and vision
? drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes
