MSc at Ivey Business School | Founder of TUF

Every individual has a story to tell—a story that engages, informs and impacts people.

My tale begins during the pandemic when I first discovered an innate desire to use my leadership and innovative abilities to make a difference in the world. One of my key strengths is integrating an effective strategy using technology to solve problems. As a result, I started a non-profit mental health organization that offers free consultations to anyone in need. With almost 500 users in the community, I take satisfaction in guiding the team every day towards the vision.

Previously I worked as a Digital Marketer in the tech industry, wherein I took responsibility for handling activities from campaigning to marketing strategy. I also engaged in enhancing the company operations through effective, successful use of employee advocacy.

To further my holistic development, I am currently pursuing a master’s in International Business. Through Ivey, I hope to effectively achieve a broader perspective on leadership and strategy to integrate management activities in the real world effectively.

Outside of work, I enjoy reading non-fictional books or public speaking as I believe in constantly improving to become the best version of oneself.

Consultant – Transformational Change

TFT is one of the network partners of Teach for All. TFT main responsibilities is to source, develop, place and mentor bright teaching talent in underserved schools and communities to create a significantly positive impact on learning and student development. TFT has its presence across Thailand with its fellows and alumni working towards eliminating educational inequity.

Founder & President

– Founded a non-profit organization by drafting web application framework along with departmental operations and branding to prototype and launch product within 6 months.
– Networked with over 65 national and international Psychologists; onboarded 22 expert psychologists to provide pro-bono services to 50 application users requiring professional support.
– Established an organization-wide “Performance Framework” to develop a culture of performance-based incentives for volunteers; led to more than 60% increase in productivity in less than 4 weeks.

Digital Marketing Associate

– Co-administered a team of 8 alongside the SVP Revenue by following agile marketing techniques; planned weekly sprints to increase workflow efficiency of the Marketing Department.
– Spearheaded Content Marketing by curating Ad Copies, Website Copies and Case Studies; reduced CPC for paid ad-campaigns by 53% YoY.
– Implemented over 18 campaigns targeted to mid and large-sized companies offering digital solutions across Paid Search, Social Media, and YouTube; generated more than 150 qualified leads in the B2B space.
– Established an Employee Advocacy program from ground up; increased company social presence primarily over LinkedIn, Twitter and Medium by 35%.

Marketing Executive

Assisted the team with Marketing Operations such as branding, positioning, audiences, advertising on social media, etc. for a brief period of time. Successfully helped the startup to move closer to its target position in the market.

Strategy Intern

– Coordinated between clients and internal production teams to execute deliverables on a daily basis.
– Executed pitches with 4 prospective clients to interpret requirements to provide effective solutions.
– Led a fashion company’s project by campaigning and maintaining a digital dashboard of all marketing accounts boosting unique visitors by 74% in 3 weeks.

Marketing Intern

– Initiated restructuring of marketing structure and social media presence by using Hootsuite, Google Analytics and Screaming Frog following a 28% increase in 2 weeks.
– Engaged with prospective clients sourced via traditional marketing techniques and conducted pitches leading to 20% increment in sales within 8 weeks.
