Developing features and maintaining applications for Call Service Representatives (CSRs) through full stack .NET implementation, while utilizing a third-party vendor database to obtain the data of customers through the usage of view calls.
Helped with the creation of a “Death Process” feature for an application the CSRs use on a daily basis.

Connected a .NET adapter to an application to implement needed methods to unlock and lock checks when distributing them among specified queues.

Created a Restful Web API for purposes of resetting a company user’s password, which implemented Swagger’s user interface for easy testing, while calling the API endpoints within a ASP .NET Core client, utilizing Window’s Authentication from the user’s system log on for credential verification.
