
I am passionate about building user-centred products that would help solve real problems.
In my previous consulting experience as a product manager, my team and I were tasked with providing a solution to unemployment in Nigeria so we interviewed over ten unemployed people and employers to get their pain-points, analysed the interview notes using the empathy mapping to understand what the users do, feel, say and think, took surveys using Google Forms.
We also designed user journeys and user flows, backlogs and roadmaps, user stories and success criteria, wireframes and prototyping and also documented our vision, problem statement, solution, personas in a product requirement document.
Also with my work experience in sales, customer support, operations, software engineering and product management in the banking sector, hospitality, telecommunications and e-commerce where I learned resilience, team play, collaboration and hard work, I am equipped and ready to smash my goal of identifying real problems and building products that would make a difference in the world.
