Main Tasks and Responsibilities as a Product Owner: Led the development of CureWiki on WordPress and supervised the production, which acted as a self-help tool and housed over 250+ training videos to reduce the dependency on the operations team for virtual and onsite training by 25%. Identified and recommended a digital adoption platform to help our clients and vendors use the CureMD solution more effectively. The proposal was accepted, and an $18,000/year budget was allocated for implementation, integration, support, and maintenance. Supervised a team of 14 analysts from various groups who elicited clients for requirements through interviews, workshops, and workflow analysis, resulting in 1500 new features being developed and deployed over three years. Conducted Quality Assurance, User Acceptance Testing on ‘go live’ features every month, ensuring a bug-free and requirement-centric solution on time and compliant with Health IT industry standards. Reviewed the deployment and release plans of over 30 releases in 2 ½ years. Provided Post-development review on change and enhancement requests that could have caused potential workflow disruptions.
