I have over 6 years of experience working in business to business, retail, and sports ticket sales. Currently, I work as in account management at Best Buy for Business and Education, where I maintain a book of of 300 accounts, connecting businesses with the latest and greatest technology!

I got into account management because I love being able to build relationships with people. I learned to truly enjoy my work after I read “How to Win Friends and Influence People.” Being able to act as an advocate on behalf of a client is the most rewarding part of my job. Customer service is the basis of trust. I was able to parlay my customer obsession into $1M in revenue in 2019, $3M in 2020, and more to come in 2021.

I am most passionate about all things computers, networking, and IT. I embrace the opportunity to learn a new skill or build on my existing knowledge base.
