– Worked together with the strategy and planning team to get data accessed, curate data into tables, gather insights and create dashboards
– Created analytical APIs for the product team and another pIpeline to push data to braze CRM tool. Aggregated logics from cross-functional business teams to curate the pipeline to stream data from Salesforce, Backend and frontend into the restaurant vendor portal.
– Facilitated regular stand-ups and retros with the team and analysts from extended business teams to avoid blockers.
– Single-handedly organised, executed APAC wide dashboard and insight competition, with 12 participating markets. Designed the competition in a structured way to provide foundations to facilitate it on a quarterly basis.
– Worked together with the Machine Learning Engineer to deliver Vendor Competitive Intelligence ML products. Designed the strategy and roadmap for the product delivery by aligning with business teams and senior stakeholders.
– Created foundations for business focused tables using the mapping models to ensure higher impact and usability of engineered ML models.
