Product Operations sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Operations and helps to improve alignment, communication, and processes around product development.In this role, I’m working in a product team to manage and execute operation projects and tackle challenges to ensure the operational process is running smoothly.
What I do is:
*Analyzing data to help product management make better-informed decisions.
*Improving operations processes to streamline product development
*Overseeing quality assurance checks on operations processes
and leveraging both quantitative and qualitative data to inform and influence product, and operation roadmaps.
In the operational performance excellence team, I was managing sellers’ performance by the main KPIs (Delay, Cancellation, Return). I tried to empower sellers, revising SOPs and defining new technical and operational projects to decrease these issues and achieve better marketplace productivity.
In the Operational Problem Solving team, I was in the fulfillment center to improve processes and solve unforeseen problems.
