Product Owner – Merchandising Third Party Content (APR19-DEC19)
• Participated in the design of hotel and insurance integration in Merchandising product.
• Designed and evangelized a merchant solution for hotel within Amadeus Anytime Merchandising Product.

Product Owner – Merchandising Analytics Dashboards and A/B testing (APR17-MAR19)
• Designed the A/B testing solution for Merchandising in alignment to Airlines needs, followed the different steps of the project with the engineering team and presented A/B testing capabilities to customers.
• Defined solution and participated in implementing a prototype for a Merchandising tool supported by Machine learning capabilities that will greatly improve Merchandising offer sales and revenue.
• Participated to several projects aiming to improve merchandising analytics products.

Product Manager – Digital Experience Suite

“Amadeus Digital Experience Suite for developer” initiative aims at easily integrating content and services in airlines’ digital touchpoints with high adaptability and reduced time-to-market.
JUN21-Present: I will focus on Amadeus digital payment strategy supporting airlines to create a diversified, frictionless and secured payment experience within their touchpoints.
JAN20-MAY21: I focused on the developer experience supporting airlines’ digital transformation by providing a comprehensive suite of developer tools, including an orchestration engine, a developer toolkit with relevant training material, documentation and a state of the art DevOps toolchain. My key achievements:
– Supported consultants in the delivery and revamp of the Digital Experience Suite developer training
– Launched Digital Experience Suite community portal in collaboration with other Business Domains ensuring an overall alignment across the company.
– Participated to the elaboration of the vision, strategy for the collaborative approach of web development and created the corresponding roadmap to communicate the vision to the product teams and created a backlog and priorities for a state of the art DevOps experience for web touchpoint.

Product Development Analyst – Revenue Management System

Project coordinator – Revenue Management System for Singapore Airlines (DEC15-MAR17)
• Improvement of the O&D Revenue Management Solution with the addition of Point of Sale capabilities.
• Adaptation of Altea Revenue Management solution to SQ requirements.
• Follow-up of all project phases (from requirements gathering till solution implementation in production).
• The System went successfully live on MAR17.

• Participated in the design of the O&D based Revenue Management System on the Forecast side.
• Improvement of ALTEA segment based Revenue Management System.
• Participated as a SCRUM product owner in the implementation of agile methodologies in the team.

PRICING AND REVENUE MANAGEMENT SENIOR ANALYST (Royal Air Maroc)
Responsible for managing revenue, yield and forecast on various markets through flight inventory control, optimal overbooking and short-term capacity changes using a suite of revenue management systems.
• Made Pricing and Revenue Management more aligned in their processes, work and output: Established, maintained analysed pricing structure and made recommendations that facilitate optimal pricing and RM decisions.
• Provided leadership and support to a team of 4 revenue management analysts.
• Designed, created and analysed forecast and yield reports to establish market strategies and enhance forecast accuracy using AIRMAX reporting system.
Thanks to my contribution, data driven decision making benefiting from AIRMAX revenue manager functionalities to enhance flights management became analysts’ habits.

PROJECT MANAGER (Royal Air Maroc – Airlines industry)
Royal Air Maroc purchased a new generation inventory and sales system from AMADEUS, ALTEA Solution, to replace their Inventory system “ALPHA3” (Air France solution). A major new component was AIRMAX Revenue manager (Leg/ Seg) new version implementation which allowed RAM to manage demand more efficiently in an opening process and optimise the ongoing use of the inventory.
As the responsible of the optimiser and all the subsequent optimisation processes my main responsibilities were to:
• Test and monitor the Revenue Management System functionalities, data reliability and link to the inventory with constant feedback/discussion with SABRE developers and RM analysts.
• Set the initial setting of the RMS, test and refine optimisation rules.
• Provide analysts training and support during implementation.
• Develop procedures for revenue management analysts.

The new system successfully went live in August 2009.
