A Graduate course in Mechanical Engineering Department. Professor Karl Hedrick.

Develop TA session lectures, step-in and teach lectures when Professor was absent, guide students with their semester long projects. Received high marks 4.2/5 as a GSI.

Class covered the fundamental properties of nonlinear system: stability, controller design via Lyapunov methods, equivalent linearization methods including limit cycle prediction.

During my research at UC Berkeley, I was part of an interdisciplinary team responsible for developing new diagnostics to detect deterioration of underground power distribution cables, a $2 billion problem. My role specifically was to develop models and design algorithms for test methods. My work in fault detection in Underground Power Distribution Cables led to Patent No. 20120306510: Method and System for Assessing Insulation Deterioration in Live Underground Power Cables and a few publications.

Pharmaceutical client projects included sales force effectiveness, treatment process in oncology markets, design and facilitation of product portfolio management workshops, sales force sizing, detailing and sampling optimization, brand planning

Designed and facilitated portfolio brand planning workshops in Latin America for a top 5 pharmaceutical company

Developed and implemented complex mathematical and statistical models in a variety of programming languages and applications that relate sales and marketing activities to financial results for client deliverables

Internal projects included training new employees size and structure methodology, implementing existing national company training courses in home office, recruiting new employees

Graduate Researcher

– Maintained and designed the harward platform and system architecture for a fleet of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) capable of self-directed collaborative navigations.

– Collaborated with a team of 20 members to research, develop and test control strategies achieving optimization of mission performance of UAVs.

– Developed and simulated a control algorithm for a search and track mission utilizing UAVs
