The Notley Fellowship sits at the center of entrepreneurship and philanthropy. It’s a 2-year program for purposeful leaders committed to taking on and learning more about challenges in the social sector. The program is designed to prepare and engage our community’s rising leaders in the for-profit sector to get involved and engaged with today’s most pressing social issues.
Led financial and operational improvement projects using market analysis, on-site interviews of key stakeholders, detailed financial and operational analysis of business model, benchmarking, and KPI analysis; strategically integrated capital, sales and marketing, and clinical resources to target short-term performance improvement and long-term operational viability.
