As a User Experience Researcher, I work hard to understand the users. Investigating users’ goals, motivations, needs, and obstacles is the key to build a better product and maximize impact.

With my experience in a world-ranking tech company and specific UX Research training, I have learned to implement multiple research methods, both qualitative and quantitative.

I enjoy providing my team with visibility over the research process, to optimize my research for impact on the business and to make sure the stakeholders can make confident, data-driven decisions.
