- Must have 8-10 years of Development & Support skills in Java, J2EE, Web Technologies & Databases .
- Understanding and working experience on Agile Delivery process is critical
- Should have good exposure to P1/P2 Incident Management & resolutions, Emergency/Adhoc Enhancement deployments.
- Should have proven track record in Problem Management with focus on RCA & Incident Reduction.
- Experience in Java based application product Improvements & Automation of processes is an added plus.
Should be able to communicate, manage & report to Customer stakeholders and work in collaboration with offshore team..
