Job Title: Technical Product Manager Duration: 5 months +Work Location: Hopkins, MN 55343

This role will need the ability to travel 1 week a quarter.

Job Description: The primary duty of this person is to be the Technical Product Manager for a Digital Journey Team representing TOS CBBO (Consumer and Business Banking Operations) technology group. The Digital area is made up of seven journey teams. The Technical Product Manager, Business Product Manager, and Scrum Master partner together to lead the journey team. Technical resources are assigned to each team based on the defined quarterly work. This role is for the Manage Docs journey team. The focus of this team is to reduce paper communication while reducing customer’s need to call us. To do this, we need to increase customers’ ability to self-serv and increase transparency.

  • shifting customer communication from paper mail to digital (email/SMS/push)

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Leading requirement/design calls with Business Lines, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and TOS dev team to understand the scope of change and impacts.
  • Documenting the requirements and approvals in the respective stories in JIRA
  • Groom user stories in JIRA
  • Research/design enhancements from a technical aspect
  • Ensure that the data is tracked and reportable

Required Skills/Experience

  • Normal soft skills
  • Strong data/analytical mind
  • This person must be a self-motivated driver
  • Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience as a leader in a scrum team

Nice to have

  • Doc management experience
  • SQL experience (SQL Manager is the tool I use)
  • Postman or other tools to execute APIs to investigate/research data (from Casandra – no SQL DB)
  • Finance, insurance, government, or other heavily regulated areas.
  • MSP
  • ‘Above the glass’ and ‘below the glass’ web experience
