• Partners with Engineering, Sales, Marketing and others in the organization to determine customer needs and solutions
• Gather market intelligence and guide development of our standard shielding products
• Refine and/or author Product Requirements Documentation (PRD) and author the Product Specification (PS)
• Liaise with Engineering to add technical detail to encompass the product vision and address Voice of the Customer (VoC)
• Cross-functionally lead all development phases including definition, design, prototyping, validation, and pilot production
• Prepare and present internal and customer facing preliminary and critical design reviews
• Evaluate proposed engineering changes for impact and feasibility, on the product and process prior to incorporation
• Articulate technical aspects of the product in a way that is understandable to those without a technical background

• Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, and to interact effectively with all levels of customer, employees and management
• Ability to grasp a strong understanding of the shielded structures, goods and services market and customer needs
• Comfortable with data analysis
• Ability to make data-driven decisions throughout the product development process (PDP)
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Experienced in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to travel up to 10%
• Must be US citizen and have ability to obtain DoD secret level clearance. (not required at application) Education/Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred but other relevant degree with experience will be considered
