Job Summary
The Disney Consumer Identity Product team manages the UX and services that power the complete user lifecycle for signup, login, verification, and privacy functions across the Walt Disney Company.  Our Privacy squad is seeking a Senior Product Manager who can help drive the future of privacy and user rights for our global platform.
As a Product Manager on the team, you’ll be responsible for working collaboratively with other product managers, engineering, legal, and privacy experts to give users a more personalized experience and improved control of their data. You will inform the discovery and prioritization of new features, help develop user-focused and legally compliant solutions, and partner with teams across the organization to support launch and roll-out activities. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with analytical drive, product intuition, and wanting to advocate for users across Disney.
The ideal candidate for this role will be an adept at synthesizing identity focused regulatory requirements, industry trends and user data to deeply understand the needs and motivations of current and potential TWDC guests. The hiring range for this position in New York is $142,516 – $191,180 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
