We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the ecommerce industry. Skilled in trend analysis, sales, retail, pricing strategy, product development, and assortment management.
This is how you can contribute to our success (Responsibilities):
Leads designated product business segment by assisting in delivery of overall business results including P&L targets (growth and profit), market share growth and product health measures.Sets product strategy for area of responsibility and contributes to overall annual planning process for the brand (includes identifying white space to strategically grow the business).Lead innovation development from concept creation, cross-functional team leadership, launch planning, through to in-market execution.Lead omni-channel new product launches and assess performance in market and adjust as needed to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.Leverages deep understanding of market research to find meaningful consumer insights and build actionable plans to aid in business delivery.Works collaboratively with design and vendors to develop and recommend a category innovation strategy, including role of sustaining and breakthrough innovation, new categories, and new market spaces.Assists in the development of go-to-market strategy for key channels, including partnering with sales to drive product success with priority and new customers.Creates compelling category and brand presentations for top retailers and represent the product at key customer meetings.Leverages marketing mix analysis and other data analytics to improve performance in market and build both annual and three-year road map.Partner with the analysts to forecast demand and replenishment needs for current and new product launches.

Product Marketing Experience – Experience supporting products in retail market and building brands through consumer-driven innovation and marketing.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – Able to skillfully navigate organizational matrix to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Superb verbal and written skills.Strong organization and project management skills – Adept at handling tight deadlines, time pressure, and multiple demands. Highly organized and able to establish priorities to drive impact.6+ years of relevant work experience in brand marketing, product development, category management or similar roles.Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.Omnichannel background, with direct e-commerce experience.Experience in preparing and delivering presentations to managers, staff and suppliers.Proficient in MS Office skills – PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.
