Position Description

Relo Metrics is seeking a Sr. Product Manager who will be an exceptional addition to our team. Our ideal team member is someone who loves analytical problems and can translate insights into building great products. They will work alongside a team of engineers with the primary focus of building our industry leading software platform. This person will play an integral part in developing and driving our product strategy while performing PM day-to-day responsibilities. This is a full-time position that will report into the Relo Metrics’ VP of Product.

Responsibilities

• Work with key internal stakeholders – Customer Success, Sales, Operations – to prioritize development
• Conduct customer research to understand client objectives & needs, and translate those needs into product opportunities
• Leverage data to understand the product, identify opportunities to deliver value to clients, and improve the user experience
• Define KPIs and report on progress against KPIs
• Write detailed requirements and manage the product backlog
• Work closely with the engineering team to communicate product feature requirements, implement and QA features
• Provide input and help define and communicate the product strategy

Requirements

• Work well across departments and in a team environment, agile development experience a plus
• Customer obsessed – understand customers’ pain points and how to solve them
• Excellent personal, verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to roll up sleeves and “do whatever it takes”
• Ability to translate complex business needs into product requirements
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and quantitative skills with data-driven approach to decision-making
• Demonstrate consistently strong performance so colleagues can rely upon you
• Focus on helping to solve problems
• Challenge prevailing assumptions when warranted and suggest better approaches
• Highly organized individual with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks & meet deadlines
• 5+ years of product management experience
• Interest in sports is a plus
