The AbbVie International BTS Commercial Organization is looking for a Senior Technology Product Manager – Market Access Platforms to focus on Global Market Access & Pricing Analytics, Market Access team excellence and Key account management for the international organization. This position will be responsible for business relationship management, identity solutions, and work with technology teams to lead Market Access programs for the Global Market Access and pricing stakeholders.
Scope includes Digital strategy, data, and analytics strategy for the global market access analytics organization. The role will serve as a key point of contact for the GMAP organization for foundry use cases, Market Access Field excellence, and will be responsible for understanding the data and analytics needs and developing and executing an implementation plan.
Responsibilities
- Lead programs to successful completion, managing changes to scope, issues, and risks in partnership GMAP.
- Develop expertise in the market access data sources both external and internal, and partner with GMAP team to implement solutions.
- Ability to engage in change management and rollout of capabilities to affiliates and enable adoption.
- Ability to engage with senior level business partners in a “business outcomes and challenges” conversation and not just a technical conversation.
- Proactively seeks out strategic business opportunities for the application of new or existing technology capabilities.
- Identify and obtain agreement on the requirements / features which will be most beneficial to the business.
- Provide key opinion-leading clients with comprehensive strategic analyses and insights to help them discover strategic uses of technology products and services.
- Ability to conduct discovery sessions and manage project business case.
- Ability to conduct solutioning workshops with a global business team and affiliates.
- Work very closely with product owners, business analysts, project managers, different levels of users, external vendors, global and affiliate stakeholders to deliver the data driven insights.
- Spearhead process improvement and process definition for effective management of commercial needs, through prioritization and release planning.
- Has defined authority and responsibility for a significant area of work, including technical, financial, and quality aspects. Establish organizational objectives and delegates assignments. Accountable for actions and decisions taken by self and subordinates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years’ experience; Master’s Degree with 7 years’ experience; PhD with 3 years’ experience.
- Understanding of Payers in the Healthcare domain.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional teams towards task completion.
- Knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry.
- Knowledge of working with foundry and data analysis.
- Knowledge of user experience designs and user research
- Experience working with international teams.
- Experience managing large and complex projects across multiple business functions.
- Experience in implementing analytics solutions – multi users/multi geographies/very large data lakes.
- Must have a good understanding of dimensional modeling and strong in the fundamentals of Data Lake concepts.
- Knowledge and experience with a Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is required. Understanding of Agile and DevOps.
