What you’ll be doing: Reporting to the Head of Product, the Senior Technical Product Manager will work across business functions to effectively build and deliver advanced SaaS fintech platforms:

• Establish and continuously improve technical product processes in collaboration with Engineering and Design.
• Translate product roadmap into agile software development cycle including writing detailed epics, stories and tickets for both new and existing products.
• Ensure efficient delivery of products to customers including prioritizing feature releases and triaging and resolving bugs
• Collaborate with other teams including design, customer success and sales on enterprise-wide priorities and projects

What they’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in end-to-end technical product management working with engineering teams on developing and shipping complex software projects.
• Experience with B2B SaaS.
• Fintech, private equity and/or real-estate investment or administration knowledge is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop actionable recommendations and clear and concise documentation.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• The role can be remote anywhere in Canada. However, there is a strong preference for ability to work at PST or MST time zones to best collaborate with other team members.
