Our SMB & Partner products are broad, providing customer and partner facing experiences, payment solutions, and value-added insights. In partnership with U.S. Bank, the Elavon team is building a suite of new financial products. This will bring to market integrated solutions across banking, working capital, software, and payment products. The successful candidate has demonstrated success in building products that redefine the customer and partner experience.

This opportunity is hybrid working model. Team members who are in a hybrid role typically spend 3 days per week at a U.S. Bank location, while having flexibility on their work location for the remaining working days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and mature the customer journey across the SMB & Partner segments.
  • Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business objectives to solve problems effectively.
  • Build and craft world-class customer experiences across a new set of products that integrate banking, working capital, software, and payment solutions.
  • Work with internal and external partners to improve and identify opportunities to improve our payment capabilities, ensure operational excellence, and achieve business objectives around growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, cascading business objectives and market opportunities into product priorities.
  • Manages product profit and growth goals, including sales, costs, expected return and pricing philosophy.
  • Analyze & document business processes through written documentation, workflow diagrams and high-level mock-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to measure and analyze user experience research and testing to validate designs, get user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Typically 3-5 years of direct product experience specifically within Digital Products or building complex software applications experience, in Payments, Financial Services

Preferred Skills/Experience

  • Small Business, Partner Activation & Engagement product ownership strongly preferred

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $105,230.00 – $123,800.00 – $136,180.00
