The Position

CureMD is seeking a progressive Senior Product Manager with exceptional innovation, technical, creative, and problem-solving skills; someone who has worked at the intersection of health, technology and design in an agile environment delivering transformative solutions to problems that impact billions of consumers.

You will be leading the design, development, and delivery of a data informed consumer health platform that will – shift the focus from episodic/reactive care to proactive/preventive care. You will achieve that by utilizing exponential advances in interoperability, AI, automation and experience design to deliver healthcare in ways that consumers deserve and is missing.

Qualifications

• BS/MS with 10+ years of product management experience in US healthcare system; preferably patient engagement and disease management programs.
• Experience in building B2C products.
• Expertise in product lifecycle management right from ideation to monetization to utilization.
• At least 5 years of product analysis experience.

• Has experience in leading all aspects of product management such as identifying market opportunities, user research, defining product vision and roadmap, developing business cases, driving execution activities, setting milestones, measuring results and creating meaningful engagements etc.
• Knows how to measure the success of new products and features by defining and analyzing key performance metrics.
• Passionate leadership skills to easily engage all stake holders.
• Has data-driven and customer-centric approach – Your product decisions should be a balance between analytics and a thorough understanding of the consumer/patient needs.
• Works directly with customers to develop deep understanding of their needs and workflows to create innovative solutions that optimize patient experience.
• Is a master of Agile framework
