Key responsibilities:

Serve as Subject Matter Expert for API Platform integrated with various Credit Cards across U.S. BankTeam up with internal and external stakeholders to solve complex customer needs with clear solutions, features, and products Build data-driven roadmaps that align with long-term strategic goals and objectives Develop and maintain a prioritized backlog based on business value, customer feedback, and company strategy Define use cases, target customer segments, personas, and messaging Design, ideate, and identify features and products that will drive revenue growth and inform roadmap prioritization Work closely with engineering, design, operations, sales, marketing, and customer success to translate feature into stories for implementation Write detailed product specifications Partner with multiple engineering teams across the enterprise and develop robust customer-centric solutions to solve pain-points Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support product features Follow the product development from ideation through release including managing pre-release activities with testing, validation, internal education, and demos Be informed of the competitive landscape, new technologies, and trends Analyze customer feedback and provide roadmap recommendations Be a champion of intuitive and easy-to-use user experience

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience Typically three to five years of relevant experience

Skills & competencies required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Computer Science preferred, or equivalent work experience 3 or more years of experience as a product manager in software as a service or web and mobile applications; 5 or more years of professional experience in total.Experience building software integrated with internal and external systems; applications consuming or processing large amounts of data

Preferred experience:

Software Developer backgroundCreative and strategic thinker Promoter of Agile methodologies Ability to work with cross-functional teams Excellent organizational and time management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to convert technical concepts into non technical stories Knowledge of payment services Performance-oriented and passionate about FinTech’s

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, US Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401k contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $124,695.00 – $146,700.00 – $161,370.00
