You’ve got an informed opinion about Analyst Experience throughout the Threat Detection, Investigation, and Response lifecycle, and you have successfully partnered with UX peers to deliver best-in-class experiences. As an MDR Services PM, you’re a trusted partner to both Expel’s internal SOC, as well as SecOps teams within Expel’s customers. You have a knack for streamlining workflows and improving user efficiency, and you drive product requirements to improve the overall user experience for both internal and external security analysts. What You Can Do For Expel
- Take ownership of the vision and roadmaps for our analyst experience inside Expel Workbench.
- Partner closely the with SOC, UX, and end customers to deeply understand user challenges, drive solutions that improve AX, and ultimately enable analysts to more effectively defend against attackers
- Contribute to running a cross-functional team (Product Management, User Experience, Data Science, Engineering, Product Marketing).
- Establish relationships with customers and use their input to distill the many requests into a roadmap that achieves maximum impact.
- Balance a PM’s responsibility for both short term and long term results.
What You Should Bring With You
- 7+ years of professional experience, with 3+ years in product management. Security experience related to Threat Detection, Investigation and Response is required.
- Empathy for Security Operations teams and a clear understanding of SOC challenges
- Familiar with design processes, and comfortable seeking feedback from customers, internal SOC teams, sales engineers, and customer success teams
- Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritize investments and break larger projects down into incremental milestone deliverables
- Ability to build trust and appreciation with individual contributors and leaders across product management, user experience, security operations, engineering, and go-to-market teams

The base salary range for this role is between $134,700 USD and $195,300 USD + bonus eligibility and equity.
