As a Senior Product Manager, you will define Akamai’s strategy for AI including identifying key partnerships and working with core product management teams to ensure our Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) products meet the needs of companies looking to deploy AI related services.
As a Senior Product Manager, you will be responsible for-
- Defining and owning the AI strategy within the compute portfolio.
- Gathering and prioritizing customer feedback, turning ideas into market leading experiences.
- Providing subject matter expertise and leadership to other Product managers, customers, and the field.
- Working with core product managers to ensure their roadmaps meet the needs for AI related use cases.
- Engaging and interacting with the developer community through technical write ups, meetups and speaking opportunities – evangelizing our focus and innovation.

To be successful in this role you will-
- Have 8 years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent.
- Be an expert in leading teams in a complex and cross functional environment.
- Have experience managing the customer journey.
- Demonstrate experience working with AI technologies and services.
- Be self-motivated, highly responsible, and have outstanding communication skills.
- Be passionate about working with customers and finding creative ways to solve their complex problems.

Compensation
Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges from $134,466 – $214,782/year; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
