The Opportunity:

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our rapidly scaling product team that builds our digital advertising and media workflow platform.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive impact by creating a roadmap, building and launching products for our business partners in the media, publishing, and advertising space. You will work with strategic stakeholders to collect feedback and provide solutions for our platform’s users (Partners, Advertisers, Internal users)

You will collaborate within and across product teams to own the entire product lifecycle from idea to launch to measuring success. You will act as a key product and technology evangelist and authority on the Frequence platform and product suite by building knowledge about current product functionality and upcoming features.

We have a distributed engineering and product team, headquartered in Mountain View, CA – the very center of Silicon Valley, so you get to work with peers locally and remotely.

What You Will Do:

  • Work on a highly collaborative team alongside our founders, PMs, designers, engineers, and Media Ops to create products
  • Build new solutions that drive business impact, enhance productivity, and create efficiency for our Media Sales, Media Operations, Advertiser, and Internal users
  • Understand, define, and evangelize key business concepts for our customers and our platform
  • Take a hands-on approach to leadership of your projects with proactive problem-solving
  • Embrace the ambiguity of taking ideas from 0 to 1 and beyond while working cross-functionally with customers, internal teams, and leadership

Who You Are:

  • 3+ years of software product management experience
  • Track record of building and delivering successful software products
  • Ability to leverage strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills to transform challenging user experience, business, and technology problems into actionable paths.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to interpret the data in its context. Make recommendations and act on them, with proven experience utilizing insights & metrics as tools for informed decision-making.
  • Outstanding storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to adapt your style as you work with others up, down, and alongside you in the organization

Nice to Have:

  • Industry experience in AdTech/Advertising/Marketing
  • Understanding of modern application architectures, data platforms, databases, SQL, API

Compensation

The base salary range represents the minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position based on the primary location. The salary for this role is $135,000 – $155,000. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competency, experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the total package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.

Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.

Eligibility varies based on full or part-time status, exempt or non-exempt status, and management level.

This position requires candidates to be located in either Pacific Standard Timezone (PST) or Mountain Standard Timezone (MST). Why Frequence?
