Novarad’s Sr.Product Manager’s core responsibility is to lead a team of Product Managers in setting product road maps, driving strategy, managing product launches, and coordinating on new features and products. Your Benefits (We know you’re always scrolling to the bottom for these, so here you go!) * Competitive salary with generous PTO * Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurances * HSA option with dollar-for-dollar match * 401k with dollar-for-dollar match * Wellness program * Local candidates only – office is in Provo, UT * Sundance corporate passes What You’ll Do * Conduct user surveys and focus groups to shape requirements, features and end products * Collaborate with internal teams on competitive positioning and market development * Create Product Requirement Documents, Market Requirement Documents, and Business Requirement Documents * Iterate with design and engineering to develop valuable product releases * Take product enhancements or new product launches from start to finish * Deliver solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment * Mentor junior members of the product team * Motivate and coach the product team with the Director of Product Management What You Will Bring: Skills and Competencies- * Proven ability to effectively manage and lead a team * Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams and directly with customers * Ability to handle multiple competing priorities * Excellent communication skills * Problem-solving aptitude * Creative thinking skills Education and Experience * Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience * Four plus years of experience in product management * Experience managing and leading a team * Experience launching software products * Experience analyzing a market via user surveys and focus groups The Extras * Medical field experience * Experience with threat identification and competitive intelligence * Experience with agile methodologies and techniques What to Expect * 40 hours/week, some evenings and weekend availability (rarely) * Must be willing to work in-office at the Provo office location * Travel to customer sites and conferences as needed Novarad is an equal opportunity employer.
