About This Role

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager on the retail banking Mobile App Foundations team.This role will lead on strategic narratives & planning, stakeholder engagement, and business support activities. This individual will be responsible for coordinating complex initiatives, developing executive materials and communications, and operating at a high level of senior autonomy.

In This Role, You Will

  • Develop & manage product management routines for strategic planning, new concept lifecycle, metrics definition & tracking, and stakeholder management
  • Lead annual strategic planning, partnering across product organizations to define strategic themes, priority initiatives and outcomes
  • Provide business support to the adoption program, working across business & marketing stakeholders on narratives, planning, and outcomes
  • Facilitate operating reviews and reporting, business planning, executive communications, and internal management routine
  • Coordinate responses to ad-hoc executive requests across product leaders & teams
  • Act as an expert advisor to senior leadership develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth evaluation across multiple areas or the enterprise
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others
  • Provide vision, direction and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise

Required Qualifications, US:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • Skilled in building strong partnerships and collaborating with broad range stakeholders
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology investment & planning cycle
  • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent PowerPoint skills with focus on creating executive-ready strategic narratives
  • Understanding of all consumer business lines, including Deposits, Lending, and Investments
  • Passion and interest in ever-changing digital and mobile landscape, with focus on financial service
  • Expert-level skills in using spreadsheets to analyze complex information
  • Outstanding problem-solving skills & analytical skills, with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives

Job Expectations:

  • Ability to work onsite at approved locations: San Francisco, CA, Charlotte, NC, Concord, CA, NYC, New York approximately 3 days a week
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Salary Range for San Francisco, CA and New York, NY:

$138,500-$287,600

$120,400.00 – $250,000.00 Annual
