About This Role

The Digital Capabilities group leads product development for core shared services across access and authorization, collaboration and communication, and front-end enablement. This team is seeking a Senior Lead Digital Product Manager to help drive front-end enablement strategy and roadmap. As a seasoned product manager, you will help establish clear business outcomes that support our customer journeys.

The Digital for Commercial and Corporate & Investment Banking group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. Primary Responsibilities For This Role May Include

  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership to develop or influence digital products, initiatives, plans, specifications, resources, and long-term goals for highly complex business and technical needs across a functional area within the Digital environment.
  • Lead the strategy and resolution of highly complex and unique challenges requiring in-depth knowledge of web technologies and digital analytics.
  • Deliver solutions that are long-term, large-scale and require vision, creativity, innovation, advanced analytical and inductive thinking.
  • Coordinate highly complex activities and guidance to others.
  • Provide vision, direction, and expertise to senior leadership on implementing innovative and significant digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have significant impact.
  • Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise
  • Serve as an expert advisor to leadership for front-end enablement.
  • Define features and requirements as part of the overall Digital Capabilities roadmap in an Agile framework.

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
  • Experience leading efforts with multiple stakeholder groups
  • Knowledge and understanding of application development analytics or reporting
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology testing: user interface: design, system workflows, and relational data/databases
  • Knowledge and understanding of database architecture, design, and support
  • Knowledge and understanding of technology project management: large scale development projects, including data migrations and third-party vendor integrations
  • Strong knowledge of technology with emphasis on the following: development operations, Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), (including quality assurance, problem and incident management, configuration management, application infrastructure services (e.g. middleware), platform management, information security architecture, IAM (identity and access management), enterprise architecture, cloud, third party hosted solutions, application risk assessments, information management, enterprise data, CRM services, and books and records)

Pay Range

$138,500.00 – $287,600.00 Annual
