Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Director of Product Management to lead our guitars division. As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will be responsible for the development and execution of product strategies that drive growth and profitability. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute product strategies that drive growth and profitability for our guitars division
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations
• Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Develop and manage product roadmaps, including product positioning, pricing, and promotion
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure that our products are innovative, high-quality, and meet customer needs
• Manage product launches and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned on product positioning and messaging
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product portfolio
• Develop and manage relationships with key customers, partners, and suppliers
• Manage a team of product managers and provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in guitar product management or a related field
• Strong understanding of the guitar industry, including market trends, customer needs, and competition
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Experience managing a team of product managers is a plus
• Passion for music and guitars is a plus
