In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of SDL Tridion content management system or equal system experience
  • Agile experience
  • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to translate complex technical needs into straightforward requests for information and collaboration, working with a wide range of people
  • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Implementation or project management experience
  • Ability to evaluate risks and the impact of decisions on an overall organization
  • Ability to work on call and off-hours as assigned

Job Expectations:

  • Willingness to work on-site at stated location on the job opening
  • Ability to work on call and off-hours as assigned
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship which includes immediate transfer of H1-B, TN or E-3 visas as well as future sponsorship of individuals currently completing curriculum or training on OPT or F-1 visas.

Salary range for San Francisco, California: $100,800 – $179,200 annually.
May be eligible for discretionary performance bonus.

Pay Range

$84,000.00 – $149,400.00 Annual
